862 children on the Child Protection Register as at 31 July 2025 had a domestic abuse concern recorded at their child protection planning meeting. This represents 0.85 children per 1,000 children aged 0-17 in the general population.
This is around in line with rates in each of the two previous years, but a decrease from 1.03 children per 1,000 children aged 0-17 in the baseline year (2018/19).
