An increasing number of young people are eligible for a range of aftercare services each year. In 2025 there were 9,386 young people eligible, 45% more than in 2019 (6,492).

The proportion of those eligible for aftercare who are receiving support has fallen from 57% in 2019 to 48% in 2025.

There has been a 23% increase in the number of young people in receipt of aftercare between 2019 and 2025.
